Our annual Holiday Party, held on December
2nd, also served as the kick
off for our
100th year in business. The party was attended by staff
and long time friends as well as clients, architects and subcontractors from
our most recently completed projects.
Sano-Rubin was
started by Louis Rubin as a carpentry business in 1912. As the company
grew, his son Donald joined the company and further expanded the volume and
type of projects the company constructed. Today, David is the 3rd
generation of Rubins at the helm and is joined by his cousin David Hollander
serving as Executive Vice President/COO. The company has since grown to be one of the largest
construction companies in the Capital Region and will continue to grow
throughout the next century.
See our new
100 Year page.
Thank you to everyone
who has trusted and supported our firm throughout the years. We look forward
to additional celebratory events in 2012.
