PROJECT MANAGER

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of individual construction projects.  You will monitor project timelines, profitability and quality, while acting as the key customer liaison representing the Company in all client interaction.  You will also supervise on-site personnel, and maintain adherence to safety rules and other applicable laws and regulations as construction progresses.  This is a key role with great visibility. 

To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management or a related field, and an advanced degree or PMP certification is desirable.  You should also have demonstrated experience in construction management or project management, with proficiency in project management technology and modern construction industry systems. (e.g. Prolog, Timberline Estimating, Primavera SureTrack).  Our Project Managers are expected to negotiate, resolve conflict, and deal effectively with all levels of staff in a professional and respectful manner, with a focus on customer service.  We also expect them to be able to travel within Sano-Rubin’s geographic market to oversee construction projects, and perform potentially demanding physical onsite inspections of project progress and quality.
