Sano-Rubin was the general contractor for the 13,000 sf renovation of the 10th floor at 677 Broadway for the Nixon Peabody law firm.  What made this project challenging, was a computer room located at the core of the space that was under contract with the former tenant.  Demolition of the computer room could not occur until the tenant's lease expired.  This created a compressed schedule for occupancy.

The newly renovated space includes designer light fixtures and high-end architectural millwork at the reception area, conference rooms and secretarial stations.

The project received a LEED (Leadership in Energy  and Environmental Design) “Silver rating from the USGBC, exceeding the initial Certified goal.
