Nixon Peabody LLP Albany, NY

Sano-Rubin was selected as general contractor to complete 13,000 sf of renovation on the 10th floor of 677 Broadway for Nixon Peabody LLP.  What made this project challenging, was a computer room in the core of the space that was under contract with the former  tenant.  Demolition of the room could not occur until the first week of April when the tenant's lease expired which created a compressed schedule for mid-June 2008 occupancy.

The newly renovated space includes designer light fixtures and high-end architectural millwork at the reception desk, conference rooms and secretarial stations.

The project was designed with the intent to reach the goal of a LEED (Leadership in Energy Efficient Design) “Gold” rating.
