Northeast Orthopaedics Medical Office Building Albany, NY
Sano-Rubin was the
general contractor for this new medical office building and tenant
fit-up for Northeast Orthopaedics located on Everett Road, not far from
their previous facility. The building is 40,000 square feet with
25,000 square feet dedicated to Northeast Orthopaedics. The tenant
fit-up included reception area, exam rooms, outpatient surgery, MRI,
X-ray rooms, office and support staff space. Construction began in
October 2006 and was completed for the ribbon cutting ceremony on August
20, 2007.

Jewish Federation's New Campus Center Albany, NY
Sano-Rubin Construction
Co., Inc. was the Design/Builder for this new headquarters located on
the Daughters of Sarah Campus in Albany, NY. Construction of the
one-story, 12,500 square foot office building begin in September 2006.
The United Jewish Federation of Northeastern New York celebrated the
Grand Opening of its new facility, the Federation Community Services
Building at the Golub Center on June 20, 2007. Along with the
Federation, several other related groups such as Chaplaincy
Services and Community Coalition for Jewish Education have relocated to
the Center. The building also houses two exhibit spaces, the
Rosner Holocaust Education Center and the Miness/Farber Israeli
Discovery Center.

New York State Teachers' Retirement
System
Albany, NY
Two additional stories, which
includes 50,000 square feet of added space,
was constructed onto the existing building built by
Sano-Rubin in 1984. Unique exterior granite panels
was also added to
the new portion and existing building. The original New York Teachers'
Retirement building, located on Washington Avenue in Albany, was
erected by Sano-Rubin in 1956. Final completion date
was June 2004. The project was designed by Woodward Connor Gillies & Seleman
Architects.

Watervliet Arsenal Watervliet, NY
Sano-Rubin
has completed
the $1.1 million design/build contract for the renovation of
36,000 s.f. of office space in Building #44 at the
Watervliet Arsenal.
The Arsenal is listed on the National Register of Historic Landmarks.

Founded
in 1813, the Arsenal's busiest years were during the Mexican and Civil
Wars. It became the Government's cannon factory in 1889, producing
seacoast defense guns.
