	Colleges & Universities Commercial Community Day Care Education K-12 Health Centers Hospitals Hospitality Housing Industrial-Municipal Nursing Homes Religious Retail Specialty Buildings	Schenectady Day Nursery Schenectady, NY A three-story 4,200 s.f. addition, a two-story 1,800 s.f. addition on top of an existing one story building and 8,000 s.f. of completely renovated existing space. Construction included day care, classrooms, office, kitchen, and play activity areas.
		Northeastern Association of the Blind Albany, NY Renovation of existing facility which added 4-stop elevator, handicap access ramp, new entrance, reception area, low vision clinic, training area, activities and dining area. 5,200 square feet of renovation.
		Eddy PACE Center Schenectady, NY Renovation of an existing Fleet Branch Bank in downtown Schenectady for an adult day care program. Some features of the center include occupational therapy, activities rooms and conference spaces.
