Showcase Health Centers

St. Mary's Hospital Canajoharie Family Health Center Canajoharie, NY

This new 7,700 square foot health center, located along the Mohawk River and NYS Thruway, sits on the same site as The Arkell Museum in downtown Canajoharie, NY.  The project began November 2007 and was completed in May 2008.  The elevation was raised due to severe flooding which occurred in the Mohawk Valley during June 2006.  The building contains 9 exam rooms, 4 offices, x-ray computer radiology room as well as lease space.

Repsher Physical Therapy Albany, NY

Sano-Rubin provided the tenant fit-up for Repsher & Associates Physical Therapy in the new Northeast Orthopaedics Medical Office Building on Everett Road in Albany.  Much of the office is open space containing the reception and check out desk, waiting area, eight physical therapy tables arranged around a center console and various exercise equipment stations.  There are two changing rooms with showers, an employee lunch room, private therapy room and whirlpool tub room that can be monitored from the main office space.

Northeast Health/Albany Memorial Hospital Medical Imaging Center East Greenbush, NY

This new 9,500 square foot, state-of-the-art center was a fit-up of retail tenant space in the Rensselaer County Plaza.  The center provides MRI, CT Scan, X-Ray, Mammography, Bone Scan and Ultrasound services.  The MRI and CT Scan rooms feature a unique fiber optic light cove that produces a wave of changing color to create a tranquil atmosphere for patients undergoing testing.  Decorative acrylic panels suspended by cables are used throughout the space to provide privacy partitioning of waiting areas.  Additional finishes include hardwood wall panels and floor base, wood-grain sheet vinyl floors, full etched glass doors, porcelain tile and solid surface countertops to enhance the space. 

CHP/Kaiser Permanente Headquarters Latham, NY

Addition to CHP headquarters originally built by Sano-Rubin, of over 40,000 s.f. to provide new specialty department offices, exam rooms, laboratory and cafeteria. Followed by phased alterations of existing space including main reception, pharmacy, pediatrics, and urology departments.
