Armory Chrysler Jeep Showroom Addition Albany, NY

Addition of a new showroom to the existing Armory Center.  The project consisted of space frame removal, new facade, new storefront, and new showroom space.  Sitework encompassed new parking lot lighting, paving, curbs and sidewalks.

 

   
   

Hawthorne Valley Farm Store Ghent, NY

Sano-Rubin and Coldham Architects of Amherst, MA are working with the Hawthorne Valley Association to construct a new 8,500 sq. foot "green" retail facility to replace their current 2,000 sq. ft store.   This new facility will continue to serve all surrounding counties with organic foods, organic produce and dairy products, sundries, etc. – much of which is produced on the premises/property or purchased from local wholesalers.  Construction of the store was completed at the end of December 2003 and it is currently open for business.

Armory Center Albany, NY

«1999 Build New York Award Winner

New automotive theme park – First of its kind in the northeast. Includes auto showroom, Citgo gas station, service bays, touch-less car wash, Bumpers Café, auto part store, NASCAR shop, boutiques, waiting area, lounge, broadcast studio, Ticketmaster, driving school, and Yono’s restaurant.

The Sage Colleges Bookstore Troy, NY

6,000 sf of two story structural steel with masonry & EIFS veneer new construction and 3,000 sf of renovation tight downtown site adjacent to Russell Sage College.  Connection into the existing Bruegger's Bagel shop.  Project included reading lounge with fireplace, computer network access, gift shop.

Price Chopper Supercenter Schenectady, NY

Construction Manager for new 65,000 square foot superstore built within one foot of the existing operating market on tight site with subsequent demolition of original store.
