Addition of a new
showroom to the existing Armory Center. The project consisted of
space frame removal, new facade, new storefront, and new showroom space.
Sitework encompassed new parking lot lighting, paving, curbs and
sidewalks. |

Hawthorne Valley Farm Store
Ghent, NY
Sano-Rubin and Coldham Architects
of Amherst, MA
are working with the Hawthorne Valley Association to construct a new
8,500
sq. foot "green" retail facility to
replace their current 2,000 sq. ft store. This new facility
will continue to serve all surrounding counties with organic foods,
organic produce and dairy products, sundries, etc. – much of which is
produced on the premises/property or purchased from local wholesalers.
Construction of the store was completed
at the end of December 2003 and it is currently open for business.
